Your contribution · your next step in development
Mentoring for people in positions of responsibility
You are shaping a business, a community or a social project. You take responsibility, make decisions and hold a clear direction — even when relationships become difficult.
Through regular mentoring, I support you in clarifying where you stand, understanding the dynamics at play and taking conscious next steps in your work.
Your personal development and the initiative you help shape belong together.

Space to consciously shape how you take responsibility
Perhaps you are starting something new. Perhaps you are in the midst of a generational transition, a change of direction or a challenging phase in your collaboration.
This mentoring is for business owners, successors, leaders and initiators: people who take responsibility for a shared initiative and want to include their own development in the process.
Questions you can bring
- How can I gain clarity about my role and the scope of my responsibility?
- How can I stay connected when tension or criticism arises?
- Which decisions need to be made — and what holds me back from making them?
- How can responsibility grow without everything depending on me?
- What does our initiative need in its next stage of development?
We look at you and the shared field
We look at concrete situations from your everyday life: a difficult decision, a conversation you keep putting off, recurring tensions or a direction that has become unclear.
Together, we distinguish what belongs to you, what is happening between people, and which structures or agreements your initiative needs. Your own patterns and blind spots may become visible, alongside abilities you can already rely on.
I bring my experience of community life, leadership and facilitating development processes. You remain responsible for your decisions and your path.
Regular support that continues into everyday life
We begin with an exploratory conversation: Where do you stand? What would you like to develop? What kind of support would fit?
We then agree on the rhythm, scope and focus of the mentoring. Conversations can take place online or in person.
Between sessions, you take your next steps, try out new distinctions and gather experience. We return to these experiences together to see what is working and where further development is needed.
How mentoring and coaching complement each other
Coaching and process facilitation focus on a personal concern, a relationship question or an inner process.
In mentoring, we also consider your role, decisions and impact within a business, community or project. Personal processes can be part of this; the ongoing development of your contribution provides the context.
Approach & fees
Each person and initiative brings a different context. After our exploratory conversation, I prepare an individual proposal.
The previous hourly guide rates provide an indication:
Private individuals: CHF 110–135 per hour
NGOs and businesses: CHF 150–220 per hour
We agree on the scope and fees before beginning our work together.
