I am moved by the possibility of people developing ways of living and doing business in which love, clarity and responsibility become tangible. Ways in which people contribute their strength and help sustain something larger than themselves.
This requires living social soil: the ability to be honest with one another, work through tensions and take responsibility for our own impact. I develop this soil together with the people in a business or community.

Connected in our work
Collaborating partners and networks in my work.
The social soil of shared development
A business or community holds a wealth of knowledge and experience. Whether these abilities can work together also depends on how people relate to one another.
Can different perspectives be expressed? Is supportive feedback possible? Are responsibilities and decision-making spaces clear? Can people work through conflict without losing contact with one another?
These abilities form the social soil. Strengthening it is the heart of my work. Shared solutions can grow from it, and suitable structures can develop.
How we begin working together
Understand where you stand. We explore the situation, your development goals and the conditions for working together.
Support development. From this clarification, a suitable process emerges, with conversations, workshops or intensive periods. The people who hold responsibility are part of the work.
Embed it in everyday life. We translate insights into your own practices and agreements, and review together what is working and where further support is needed.
Who supports the development
I am Christine Dürschner, an organism developer, coach and process facilitator. Since 2011, I have lived and worked in the Schloss Glarisegg community. My experience brings together community life, leadership responsibilities and facilitating individual and collective development processes.
Love, clarity and empowerment guide my work. I bring an external perspective, clear distinctions and suitable processes. The people I support remain responsible for their decisions and their path.

What guides my work
Culture & worldview
How we live and do business together also depends on our understanding of people and development. My exploration of the next culture and archiarchy provides a foundational context for my work.
Mentoring for people in positions of responsibility
Do you take responsibility within a business, community or project? Through regular mentoring, I support you in reflecting on your role, decisions and impact. Your personal development and the shared initiative belong together.

Individual support: I also offer coaching for personal questions and relationship issues.
