What is Expand The Box training?
Expand The Box is the core training for Possibility Management: a safe and amazing learning ground to bring traditional ways of thinking and behaving up to date.
You find access to new possibilities, new perspectives and skills to live a life full of aliveness and truthfulness. Without knowing how, the traditional patterns of thinking and behavior you have inherited from your parents, your culture and your education system may be seriously limiting the quality of your relationships, as well as your ability to respond creatively and presently to life’s opportunities and challenges. In the Expand the Box training you will explore new mental maps and practice new ways of experiencing. You will train individually, in pairs, in small groups and as a whole group to enter new territories and discover hidden areas of human possibility. Make as many mistakes as possible in a safe environment and experience the encouragement to push your perceived limits.

This basic training is organized by the Academy for Community Education. The distinctions and processes from Possibility Management are a basis for living together at Glarisegg Castle. As the Academy crystallizes from the knowledge and experiences of the community body, it is important for us to offer this basic training. Costs Sliding Scale 650-950 € (for Switzerland 750 – 1.150 CHF) Sliding Scale – you choose freely according to your commitment, your appreciation and your resources. Plus accommodation and meals. If you live in another country and are traveling from there, a different training fee may apply – please ask when registering. Reduction for repeated visits to an ETB – please ask for details.
