This open practice group brings together people who are interested in the deeper structures of organisms, systems and groupings. People who want to develop their ability to tune into an energetic field, elements, qualities, people, etc., to perceive and express these perceptions.

What is Systemic Constellation?
Systemic constellations are first and foremost a method of “systems awareness”. As such, it serves as a powerful tool to navigate complexity and help individuals and teams move through challenging dynamics with greater ease, efficiency and alignment. It can illuminate the deeper and more subtle dynamics that influence our behavior, decisions and experiences. This facilitated collective practice uses a holistic approach (relying heavily on somatic and emotional responses) to uncover patterns of interaction and interdependent relationships within a particular system, such as an organization, community, project or movement. Through this process, participants co-create a dynamic model or map of a particular system to visualize the patterns of interaction and expand the shared understanding of a particular situation.

General information

The evenings are a mixture of exercises to develop your personal skills, reflection and meta-conversations as well as case studies, which we will set up as a group with my facilitation. If you would like to constellate your topic, your organization, a social issue, etc., please contact me directly to discuss this. A preliminary discussion is necessary for every constellation. Cases from external guests can also be brought in. This group is an open group, i.e. you can join at any time. You are welcome to participate in all exercises the first time. During the constellation itself, you will be a witness at the first appointment and not actively constellated.

Previous knowledge

In principle, anyone who is interested in this method can join the group. It is helpful if you have already done constellation work yourself in the form of family constellations according to Hellinger or other advanced approaches. If you are unsure, please contact me and we will clarify your participation in a one-to-one discussion.

If you would like to set up a case and are not part of the practice group, please contact me. A preliminary discussion is necessary to determine the questions and elements.
