This year I am invited to hold two important roles during the gathering, which maks me more than happy and also a proud.
1)
For the 4th year I am the main spaceholder of the Emotional Support Team for the GA of the GEN Europe and the GEN Europe Gathering. I am coordinating a team of 4 Coaches / Mediators, who are available for emotional support for the participants. My role is the emotional support within the gathering organisation team, teachers, speakers and other spaceholders.
The gathering will host about 500-800 people from all over the world. It is a very diverse field of humans coming together with the focus on building a regenerative culture by building intentional communities.
This year it will take place in Germany close to Czech boarder in a small village called Schönsee.
2)
I am holding space for a series of 4 workshops throughout the gathering for the overarche purpose to co-creating and co-inventing the cultur and traditions of GEN Europe as a movement. The participants are exclusively intentional community members and representatives of national networks and collaboration partners.
This series are not only workshops, they are marking a major shift from leadership driven to community driven development.
1st Workshop – destilling the topic
2nd & 3rd Workshop – deepening the topic
4th Workshop – harvesting and handing over to the council
It will be an exsquisit space – emergent – not planned and full of potential and possibilities.
