Remembering the Intelligence of the Heart

We are living in times where the old ways of navigating life are reaching their limits.

Information is everywhere.
Technology evolves faster than human consciousness can integrate.
Mental intelligence alone is no longer enough to orient ourselves in the complexity of this world.

Something deeper is being asked of us.

For most of us, the intelligence of the heart was never developed.
We were trained to think, analyze, and perform — but rarely to feel, sense, and trust the deeper signals moving through our body.

Many learned to suppress anger.
To carry grief alone.
To disconnect from what could not be expressed.

Over time, this created distance from one of the most powerful capacities we have as human beings:
the living intelligence of the heart.

This one-day workshop is an invitation to pause, reconnect, and begin remembering.

What This Day Offers

During this introductory day you will be introduced to Ámanae, a therapeutic bodywork practice that works directly with the emotional and energetic layers stored in the body.

Ámanae gently opens the pathways of the heart, allowing suppressed emotions, memories, and inner movements to return into conscious awareness where they can be integrated and transformed.

Through guided exercises, field processes, and demonstrations of Ámanae bodywork, you will experience:

•⁠ ⁠how the heart communicates through the body
•⁠ ⁠how emotional energy becomes stored and held over time
•⁠ ⁠how reconnection with the heart restores vitality and clarity
•⁠ ⁠how relational fields can support deep healing processes
•⁠ ⁠how embodied awareness opens access to deeper human capacities

This day offers a direct experience, not just an explanation.

A Doorway Into Deeper Work

For those who feel called to go further, this workshop also serves as the gateway into the following 3-Day Intensive, where the processes introduced during the day can unfold much more deeply through Ámanae sessions and collective field work.

You are welcome to join the day as a complete experience in itself —
or as the first step into a deeper journey.

Who This Is For

This workshop is for people who feel that something essential in our culture has been forgotten — and who sense that the path forward requires a reconnection with the heart, the body, and the deeper intelligence of life.

You do not need prior experience with bodywork or therapeutic practices.

Only curiosity, presence, and the willingness to meet yourself honestly.

The time we are living in asks for something different from us.

Not more control.
Not more performance.
