Organism Developer Training – Create living organizations
The training is aimed at managers, founders of NGOs, start-ups, alternative projects and consultants who want to leave conventional organizational development behind and move to the next level of cooperation: the development of living organisms.
In the modern working world, organizations are often based on hierarchical structures that are rigid and limited. The Gameworld Builder training offers a new perspective on organizational development – one that is based on the concept of living organisms. The focus is no longer on static structures, but on dynamic systems that are constantly evolving and adapting.
The uniqueness of this training, is the invitation for an interaction of consultant and executives, who will dive together into this upgrade process. i.e. consultants and organizational developers are invited to dive together into these 5 days and step out of the usual structures of service provider and customer and become a team with different tasks, in order to accompany the organization into an organism together afterwards.
This approach is “cutting-edge” and not for people who are not prepared to dissolve their inner hierarchy and shift into the age of collaboration at eye level.
It takes courage and a bit of madness to jump into this melting pot of evolution.
Participants report legends from the first Leverage U, which took off in October 2025. A kitchen manager from a medium-sized company in Switzerland said at the end: “I was inspired by this training even before it started!”
The Leverage U is not just a training. It is a field, a living organism that is committed to empowering people to truly learn to collaborate with each other and to engage in an emergent space so that the future we are consciously developing does not continue to rest on old patterns, but expresses itself in vitality, inspiration, creativity and innovation.
During the training, you will learn how to create a living organism – a playful framework in which innovation, collaboration and personal responsibility are encouraged. You will learn how to make the shift from traditional leadership to spaceholding – holding space for the development of organisms. In contrast to traditional leadership, spaceholding supports the emergence of creative solutions and promotes self-organization and resilience within your team.
The training includes:
- Organismic development: Create organizations that behave like living organisms – flexible, adaptive and self-organizing.
- Radical personal responsibility: Promote a culture in your team in which everyone takes responsibility for the success of the whole.
- Community building: Learn how to build communities that are not based on personal interests but on a collective mission.
- Context awareness: Recognize the different contexts in which you and your team operate and consciously choose the context that serves to develop your potential.
Organism Development Training creates a framework in which you can learn to view and develop your organization or project as a living organism. The aim is to create new possibilities where previously only boundaries were visible and to grow together as a team. Be prepared to question your usual ways of thinking and break new ground!
