Organism Developer Training – Create living organizations

The Gameworld Builder training is aimed at executives, CEOs, founders of NGOs, start-ups and alternative projects who want to move beyond traditional organizational development to the next level of collaboration: the development of living organisms. In the modern working world, organizations are often based on hierarchical structures that are rigid and limited. The Gameworld Builder training offers a new perspective on organizational development – one based on the concept of living organisms. During the training, you will learn how to create a gameworld – a playful framework that encourages innovation, collaboration and ownership. Anne-Chloé studied law at the Sorbonne University in Paris. After graduating, she initially worked as a lawyer in Paris. However, she quickly realized that this career path was not what she wanted.
After this realization, Anne-Chloé quit her job and embarked on a two-year journey of self-discovery. This experience led to a profound personal transformation. Today, Anne-Chloé works in various fields: Possibility Management : She is a leading trainer at Possibility Management, an international personal development organization. The New Earth School : As an expert of the New Earth School, she teaches concepts for a new culture and personal transformation.

Anne-Chloé offers access to 600 networked websites with transformative experiments and leads various workshops and training sessions. Philosophy and approach

  • Since 2011, she has lived in the Glarisegg Castle community project on Lake Constance, Switzerland
  • She was part of the management of the seminar center for 6 years until 2017
  • She is currently President of the Board of Directors of Schloss Glarisegg AG (since 2020)
  • She accompanies various communities in Germany and Switzerland
